He has been playing bass for over 30 years, he was very involved in the St. Louis original metal scene playing in bands like Gutterspike, Rise to Sundown and Sozo Rox. He is currently the bass player for Substance and plays around the Fayette and Effingham area. His influences are Geezer Butler, Steve Harris and Billy Sheehan.
